Production Assembler (Zurich, Switzerland based - 100%)

We are looking for a technically skilled, hands-on individual to join our small and dynamic manufacturing team in Zurich as

Production Assembler 100 %

Join a great team responsible for manufacturing high-tech medical devices that improve quality of life. As a Production Assembler, you will assemble and test our implantable pump, catheters, and accessories according to defined procedures. The work is primarily carried out in a clean room, often under a microscope.

Key responsibilities:
  • Mechanical assembly of the alfapump® and its subcomponents following defined procedures.
  • Operating mechanical and electrical test equipment.
  • Packaging and labeling of finished goods.
  • Recording manufacturing details in the ERP system.
  • Providing technical feedback and support to the Quality Assurance department, including assistance in production audits.
Key requirements:
  • Ability to follow detailed technical instructions in English (both oral and written).
  • Strong eyesight and fine motor skills.
  • Consistently high-quality work, even for repetitive tasks.
  • Careful, independent, and precise working style.
  • Familiarity with personal computers and standard office software.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Required education and professional experience:
  • Completed vocational training, such as dental technician, horologist, goldsmith, laboratory assistant, or similar.
  • Relevant experience in mechanical assembly of small high-tech devices.
  • Experience working with a microscope.
  • Experience in a highly regulated production environment (MedTech industry experience is a plus).
